Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional product design experience, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end web product design — from research to shipped product
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern front-end constraints
  • Experience building or contributing to a design system
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: familiarity with AI/ML product design patterns, motion design, or front-end development (HTML/CSS/React)

What You Will Do

  • Lead product design across core platform features — from ideation through pixel-perfect delivery
  • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma with reusable components and tokens
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product to ship features that delight users
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-informed design iterations
  • Champion design quality, consistency, and accessibility across the entire product
