By submitting content, you grant HotUGC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You own the videos and other outputs generated by the Service using your content, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create misleading deepfakes or content intended to deceive or defraud others.
• Infringe on any intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful materials.

7. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription or credits. By purchasing a plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Provide valid payment information through our payment processor (Stripe).
• Accept that subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and you are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotUGC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
